Hey guys,

Based on the perceived wisdom, I was just doing yes to everyone, and by mistake did so to two or three girls I had met or pipelined from social circle. I noticed that after yes-ing on Tinder, they've become very distant, or in one girl's case, downright unavailable.

Has this happened to you? What do you do if you by mistake yes someone you know (social / professional / ex-gf etc)?

There is an expansive Tinder thread already. Use the search function when posting on a topical subject.

If you swiped someone on tinder who you already know and it didn't go well then you probably were never going to fuck them anyway. If your showing intent made them back off they were probably not attracted to you already. Or maybe your photos are not helping/incongruent with how she already knows you.

I have swiped girls I know and girls I have already fucked. They have always messaged back and in some cases I have meet up for the bang. If she is in to you she would be delighted to have a reason to get in touch with you, especially under the pretense of tinder which is basically saying ye find each other attractive.
