Cartagena on a miniscule budget, continuous trip report
So tomorrow I'm off for Cartagena, I'll be posting shit here as it occurs to me about how to manage the city without any money. I speak Spanish pretty well, so I'm comfortable getting out of the touristy areas. Hope this can be for young broke guys what the G manifesto is for rich guys.
