Buttocks augmentation is usually done with fat injections--taking fat from the waist or stomach, say, and transferring it to the buttocks to achieve a higher and rounder posterior profile. Silicone implants are also available, but these have a higher risk of complications. What needs to be stressed when looking at these numbers is that butt lifts have been linked to a number of deaths and complications when performed by nonmedical personnel who pose as physicians and, in some cases, use industrial silicone. Checking credentials is always important but especially with trendy procedures.

Have started to see it advertised on TV in LA and LV when I visited earlier this year. Have seen a few chicks like this around and have to hold myself back from staring like a fool. These chicks actually end up looking pathetic in real life.

Then again there is this whole "SquatCulo" phenomenon going on right now on Instagram. Chicks that lift weights to get a big ass. That I am all for.

These things are terrible right now. But they might well be sick in 5-10 years.

It takes a while for plastic surgeons to figure out certain things. High level fake tit jobs have only started looking really good in the last few years but they're now getting to a level that's scary. I expect the butt lifts to follow the same trajectory. When those get really, really good it will be a sight to behold.

I've seen a few girls with butt lifts and they are way better than butt implants which used to be more common. The main this is that its the girls own body fat from her stomach going into her butt so it doesn't feel fake like an implant would. I think squats to get a big ass is the best way to go but if girls can't do that then this is a pretty good alternative. I'm a fan
