TL;DR Compared 50 random women on OKCupid from Toronto and Moscow.

I never really bought into the hype that Eastern European women are that much better than Western women so I decided to run a little experiment. Hint: I'm fully convinced now.

I chose 50 random women (18-21yo) from Toronto (biggest city in Canada) and 50 women from Moscow (biggest city in Russia) and compared them in the following categories:

Smoking
Drinking
Attractiveness (1-10, subjective)
Feminist (Self Description in the Profile)
Piercings (In the face)
Short Hair
Body Shot (Anything that showed if they are fat or not)

Results are:

Smoking:
Toronto: 24%
Moscow: 20%

Drinking:
Toronto: 60%
Moscow: 38%

Attractiveness:
Toronto: 5,68 Highest: 8 Lowest: 2
Moscow: 7,26 Highest: 10 Lowest: 5

Feminist:
Toronto: 8%
Moscow: 0%

Piercings:
Toronto: 19%
Moscow: 0%

Short Hair:
Toronto: 19%
Moscow: 5%

Body Shot:
Toronto: 46%
Moscow: 76%

Moscow wins every single category by far. I should have added a "fat" category, but I honestly saw at most 2-3 women in Moscow that were overweight and quite a lot in Toronto.

Also the difference in profiles. A lot of women from Moscow had things like this in their profile:

"I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, cooking and wearing high heels."
Not a single one from Toronto came even close to that

I like Russian women also and even if they are sometimes submissive as hell, their temperament is way hotter than any Western woman I've met. It demands that you need to put them in place in a almost violent way before they calm down and start to listen.

This seems a bit retarded to me, you are comparing Toronto a city of 4 million to Moscow a city of well of 11.5 million. Toronto is a feminist stronghold and a feminine city, Moscow strikes me as a very alpha city that doesn't tolerate homosexual behaviour.
I am not defending Toronto because I live there, but it is like comparing apple and oranges.

I knew someone would bring this up. Toronto actually only has 2,5mil people. But any city close to that population in Russia doesn't have any girls on OKCupid. I could have used vk.com as a comparison but that would be completly different again.
And I don't see a difference to the city I currently live in. It might even be worse just from looking at the first few matches.
