Hello,

I am 21 years old and a college student. I juggle a variety of different things in my life: school, two jobs, working out, reading, and other hobbies. I've never had sex and never had a steady girlfriend despite being a good looking dude in okay shape (5.8 165 lbs) because I never learned game. However, through reading commentary found on game sites like this one, Rooshv and Return of Kings I managed to game an attractive female.

We've been out on two separate occasions and despite the fact that both circumstances were group dates I managed to keep her interested in me. During these dates she was laughing at conversation I started, trying to keep conversation following herself when the conversation would naturally die , ask me personal questions, kissed me (on the cheek), etc.

The issue here lies with the problem of escalation. It's not that I am scared to escalate, but don't feel the sexual drive to do so. Now, this isn't because the girl I am currently gaming isn't attractive; she's taller than me, thin, fun, and with little to no baggage. But, I still despite all of these features I don't feel aroused around her or thinking about her.

I used to not have this problem at all; I used to be a horny teenager. I used masturbate, or at least feel the urge to a couple of times a week. Now, I don't feel the urge anymore. I haven't masturbated in almost four weeks, and don't feel especially horny because of it.

I asked my Father what he thought about the situation because I felt like he could help me. He said I am creating the problem myself, and that a slight decrease of sexual drive moving to adulthood is natural. I hope he's right, but would like more opinions on the matter.

What do you all think?

Sounds like you have low testosterone levels, or you might just not be interested in girls (not trying to talk shit but it's possibly). Start hitting the weights and eating more red meat.

Diet. Exercise. Sleep.

I'm around the same age as you, and have a similar lifestyle. I went through a period like that, and it was because those above three things weren't in check. Once I got those back on point (especially the sleep) I was feeling like a high schooler again. Morning wood, night wood, wood every time I look at an attractive woman. Sleep is the most underrated thing in college.

When I started reading Rooshv and Return of Kings I was similiar to one of those trolls you think I am. I spend a lot of time inside reading, or playing videogames instead of going outside and trying new things; I believed that women were special, and in equality, and all of that nonsense. Instead of having sex with actual women I would masturbate to women getting banged in porn. I used to settle for those type of activities, but now I go out, try new things, and am closer than I've ever been to banging a chick.

That's my issue. It's frustrating.

You should just buy a prostitute. People here will probably tell you otherwise, but there's nothing wrong with paying for sex sometimes. It definitely has its time and place.

That's my issue. It's frustrating.

You are still learning in life. Learning what are your goals and what you want to achieve in your life. You may just be starting down a new path with game and girls or your focus is improving yourself to a point where you want to be at and girls will naturally come afterwards. Pussy is like a drug, some guys can do it occasionally where most of us can't get enough of it.

Since I've made this post I upped the amount of red meat and calories that I eat daily based on your advice. I feel better already, and have had morning wood since. I don't know how I didn't realize that was something that was different between how I was when I wrote this post and how I used to be.

Can you elaborate on your vision about sleep? I think as well that sleep is underrated, I am 22 and can not cope with drinking 3 times a week/ smoking weed + college requirements. Not enough sleep devastates my ability to do things and go after whatever I want. Do you have some good resources about it?

And to reply to earthbound, I had a similar phase when I questioned my interest in sex, but eventually I got a girl that made me SO horny. I don't know about your situation but it could be a phase, whereby your mental questioning about it is making it worse.

How about Zinc supplements?
Along with sleep, working out and kegels. Usually the low sex drive is because you haven't used it and your brain is not used to getting laid, hence it doesn't use as much testosterone.
