The former.

Feminism was created to help unattractive women gain some semblance of attention. These women feel ignored and invisible because of their lack of attraction. Feminism was created to provide attention to these women artificially as well as an apparatus to bitch and blame men for their lack of attention received.

For example when she "breaks through the glass ceiling" and become the boss, people have to pay attention to her.

it's why a chick should snatch a man while she's still young, rather than "playing the field," like how most girls in the West do. It depends on the person, but it's a feedback loop. A lot of women make themselves fat and ugly to avoid intimacy, and some women are just fat and/or ugly, so they find groups to give them validation without having to do any real work on themselves. I've known quite a few women who were hot, and were sick of getting hit on, so they cut all their hair off, and voila! guys stopped hitting on them for the most part. Of course, they'd still have their beta orbiters that make them feel validated and empowered, but that doesn't require them to DO or INVEST anything. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? I don't care, I wouldn't bang 'em with YOUR dick either way.

As someone in the forum said. There is no such thing as ugly women (if healthy without birth defects). Just lazy women. So it's easier to just be resentful and let yourself go instead of trying to maximize your appearance.

Any girl who is average looking (average in not being overweight/obese, healthy, no birth defects, etc) can land with a man who is either average or above average in looks if they put in the work. It's the same with men. It's why you see so many Russian girls who go the extra mile in trying to look good and impress men. They're actively looking for a good man to catch and to be with since the supply of that is very low. It's why you see so many men here in the US trying to look good, since the supply of good girls is very low.

You don't have to have a Ph.D. in evolutionary biology to realize that the trait of strongly preferring older, infertile women as mates is subject to negative selection, and that the opposite trait, a strong sexual preference of women who are close to their fertility peaks, will be selected for. Thus, basic evolution will already see to it that these traits are biologically hardwired.
