What is truly dark is this article, which is propaganda designed to make the case that "trolls", understood to be anyone who dissents from the party line, are the same as "sociopaths", which would then justify banning any and all dissenting commentary.

Note that this article is published by "Climate Desk", which is "A Journalistic Collaboration On Climate Change". The extreme environmentalist movement is leading the charge to ban any internet commentary that denies the reality of "climate change" and a number of online platforms have already taken the step of banning such commentary. The feminists are following hard on their heels.

The kind of evil propaganda that is disseminated by this article will one day be used to attempt to ban the existence of forums like this one based on "studies" that show that all "trolls" are "psychopathic and sadistic".

These "INTERNET TROLLS" stay exactly where they belong. On the internet, at home, stuffing their faces, and jacking off to tentacle porn.

To me, being a proclaimed "troll" is one of the lowest things you can do. You have to be sick in order to derive pleasure from causing emotional distress to others, who more often than not, don't deserve it.

I guarantee you, these guys are the lowest denominator mankind has to offer. They attack behind a screen cause they damn well know they would be crushed in a heartbeat if they were to spout their message face to face.

You know what scares me? If TEH INTERNETZ were to go offline 4EVAR, what would these sick fucks do?

Having tested very high for the dark triad I have a burning desire to troll everything and everyone I come in contact with.

I reign myself in when on the rooshvforum for the most part.

Proclaimed trolls are failed trolls. If people know that you are trolling, you are doing it wrong.

I posted this article on twitter, recently.

The analysis that they could use the logic "trolls are sociopaths, people who disagree with us are trolling, so those who disagree are sociopaths we can medicate and ban" didn't even occur to me because it's so far from my premises.

People don't get... trolling is an ART.

No, really. Orson Wells war of the worlds broadcast. MAJOR trolling. It was amazing. The ending of the book Rules of the Attraction? Trolling. The latest Childish Gambino album? Mayor trolling at the end.

Creating strong emotional reactions is what art is all about.

Plus, just because someone disagrees, don't make no' troll. Everyone says ROK is a troll site... it's a site that gets strong emotional reactions - as it should - but in doing so reveals an interesting perspective.

Trolls = artists = dark triad = game. Suck that hippie scum.
