As the title says, I've had this problem one too many times and its affecting my sex life negatively (obviously).

Other things to do during sex:

a) switch positions frequently
b) make sure to breathe...failure to breathe --> early ejaculation

If you truly want to cure premature ejaculation you have to practice at it. Like everything else. For a month jerk off for thirty minutes to an hour without cumming. You have to retrain yourself.
