In Poland, defamation is a crime that consists of accusing someone of a conduct that may degrade him in public opinion or expose him "to the loss of confidence necessary for a given position, occupation or type of activity". Penalties include fine, limitation of liberty and imprisonment for up to a year (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code). The penalty is more severe when the offense happens through the media (Article 212.2). When the insult is public and aims at offending a group of people or an individual because of his or their nationality, ethnicity, race, religion or lack of religion, the maximum prison term is 3 years.


Report it to the police, since you are now a crime victim. Keep the report number and save a copy for yourself. See that the public prosecutor is made aware of it.

Interesting. As an English lawyer I'm surprised to see that defamation is criminal in Poland, it only being a civil tort in commonwealth jurisdictions.

Unfortunately Roosh, I very much doubt that it's ever enforced in Poland, with chances of enforcement on behalf of a PUA American even more unlikely.

Your best bet is to just threaten him with legal action and that will make it go away. Once I land in Mexico and get settled next week I could even write him a lawyer's letter for you.

Otherwise just try to ignore him as he doesn't seem to be making his case too effectively!

I think at this point he really needs professional help more than anything else.

It's good to know that that those tweets are coming from this annoying but ultimately harmless nut, rather than someone more sinister.

Edit: his behavior fits into a classic pattern of paranoid schizophrenia where the patient becomes obsessed with another person and develops a complex of paranoid delusions about him/her while stalking them in various ways. In this case Roosh is that other person who is the focus of obsession. Which sucks for Roosh.

I hope this guy finds his way to getting some psychiatric help.
