These statistics are meaningless.

We already know of the pussy pass, that women get away with or get reduced punishments for crimes they commit, compared to what men get. The same system that gives preferential treatment to women in conviction rates and sentences, is probably also going to take women's complaints more seriously. If officials ignore men's harassment complaints, many won't report it, reducing the number of complaints. It doesn't mean it's not happeningnof course.

So these numbers are dogshit until proveb otherwise.
