I'm overdue for a trip.

I've been looking for a three-month kind of semi-resident type stay in the Republic of Somewhere. I was thinking either Colombia or Uruguay. I'd prefer somewhere that's reasonably sane as opposed to go-go-go city life. For example, I'm think hard about Salto.

I'm open to other options, but my basic requirements are:

$2000 / mo or below

Spanish or English speaking areas, as I'm solid in both languages.

Decent girls and at least a handful of clubs for two to three nights a week

Rock solid internet access (gotta keep the money coming in)

That's it. Send me packing guys. Where the hell should I go?

Pretty decent. I could skype for business with no problems.

I require consistency more than speed from any internet I have. I just don't want to be sitting in the middle of a three-day outage.
