Right guys, I've got a Canadian stalker. It's a guy, who's somehow found my Facebook and email addresses and is threatening me with getting arrested. I'm not worried about the latter as i've not committed any crimes, however I've managed to gather a lot of information about this guy except his name. He's from Montreal or Toronto. Any help from our esteemed RVF members would be helpful.

Should I post the pictures?
I also have his kik and snapchat usernames if that will help

I've tried a google search with his pictures but had no luck

How the fuck did you end up with a stalker?
You can PM me any information you have if you'd like, I can do some sleuthing, maybe find some more info. You should report this guy, though.

You mean from reading your posts, he eventually tracked down your FB and email, and is now trying to get you arrested? What is even accusing you of?

A few thoughts:

If you want to actually find this guy, think about hiring a skip-tracer. Professionals use them when they want to locate someone for legal service of process.

But is it worth the money? I'm not sure.

If the harassment really is over the top, consider filing a police report. If they won't take the report, then make sure at least get an incident number. You need to show that you took proactive steps to try to deal with the problem.

Bojangles, what do you want with this guy? Identify him?

If so pm me with emails, names, nicknames, pictures, and any other info.

I used to do cyber investigation so I might be able to help.

Listen to the advices above and hire a professional investigator or send a few of us info - we may be able to google-fu him.

You could also delete your old accounts - no more account = no more ammo for him.

I think he may have used ARP Spoofing to find your passwords - you can protect yourself by setting up your firewall so it protects against ARP. You can also protect your android.
Also, using a VPN like Tor or Hotspot Shield will basically make ARP useless since it encrypts your whole internet traffic.
You can read my Essential tools thread if you wanna know how to do that from your android - it may prove useful if you wanna find his passwords.
Also change your wifi password if you've given it to people - he may be trying to find them using your own router.

You can also solve the problem the old-fashioned way - call your friends who know people around the town and he'll be scared shitless, especially when they find him; no amount of tech knowledge will help him then...
And whatever you do, do not be afraid of him or police - you've done nothing illegal.
Make sure to remind him he's got alot more to lose, and if you go to jail, you'll get out anyway and find him, or you'll send your friends - we'll see if he's still a hero in front of 5 people.

Yeah thanks for information guys, I'll message some of you what I've found out so far myself.

Mental I'm in the UK and never been to Canada so can't really do it the old fashioned way as that's what i'd do here

Maybe you could try image lookup services like google images, just drag and drop any pictures or paste the direct links to pictures. It's worth a try - dragging my facebook picture in google search found my unused google+ account and even play store reviews.

Edit: didn't see you tried already... Investigator or ignore then, whichever suits you better.

Ignore him. I've had stalkers, your paranoia and fear feed them with motivation to continue. If you show him that you don't give a shit he'll leave.
