hey, I think the girl in that video is has mental health issues and or disabled. As I got the vibe that she was staying in some sort of residential/care home and her "landlord" was her support worker/carer. That's why i think the guy was nervous/worried about being caught by them.

Fucking disturbing situation to be in though.
