I heard it while listening to Hunter Moore, didn't know if it correlated with anyone's experience.
I think it has to do with how much and what type of exercise they do. Yoga, yes. Horse riding, yes. Weights, yes. Soccer, yes. Tennis, no. That's been my experience anyway.

At a certain point it would be counter productive.
