After collecting criticism for an offensive joke she made on New Year's Eve, Wall Survivor Natasha Leggero has written an open letter with her bold response: "I'm not sorry."

The controversy began during NBC's New Year's Eve With Carson Daly, when Daly was chatting with Leggero, Jane Lynch and Anthony Anderson about a tweet that SpaghettiOs sent on Pearl Harbor day. Along with a picture of the food's mascot holding an American flag, the company tweeted, "Take a moment to remember #PearlHarbor with us."

Whether she'd get equal punishment as a man is not important - It's still a bold move in todays world, and should be applauded.

Perhaps it will embolden others, whether man woman or child, to stick to their guns in future.

If Carson Daly would have made a joke about Rosie the Riveter being fat or a slut or a cunt and then not apologized it would be worth noting.

Comedians are anti-fragile. The more controversy and chaos they stir up the more they prosper. This was actually the right move if she was looking to further increase her fame.

If someone like a politician or CEO didn't apologize for some tasteless remark that they had made then I would be truly impressed.
