Learned this lesson on NYE. Bulgarian chick I've been seeing for the past few weeks mouthed off to some drunk Turkish dude and it escalated fast. I wasn't prepared to fight and ruin my NYE though, it was a tense few moments.

I think I'm gonna have to take some MMA classes for real to complement my gym time, I never thought I'd be getting in a fight past college, goddamn ratchet hos.

She outed herself as ratchet later on too, when she started pinching me trying to evoke a reaction. Oh, and she's been in an abusive relationship before.

I was seeing a real artsy type girl for a while and had a similar experience. She played the violin and read all kinds of heady books and shit, but it turned out she liked violence too. She came to see me play basketball one night at the gym, and I was really worried because I sometimes get really angry playing sports. Sure enough, this dickhead on the other team is getting frustrated that we're winning, tries to punch the ball and hits me in my chin. I got in his face and we started shoving each other before everyone broke us up. When he showed his back to me on the next inbounds pass, I plunked him, grabbed the ball back and threw in a layup like Chauncey Billups sometimes did. He came at me so I grabbed him in a head lock and threw him to the ground. I got scared for a second that my girl would be angry, but when I looked over she was trying to hide a grin. Made me dinner and took a shower with me when we got back. Before that she wouldn't even fuck with the lights on. Game concepts are constantly confirmed by women.

Women are addicted to powerful emotions. Violence evokes those emotions better than almost anything. If you can feed a woman's addiction for drama and provide her with strong emotional spikes, she'll want to be around you. You're her drug dealer.

Same for guys who love to compete, bang new girls relentlessly, challenge themselves physically and do dangerous shit for the fuck of it. You can say WE are addicted to our own brand of powerful emotions.

2 examples come to mind:

1. I work from my laptop and I often leave it open. A few times I've come out of the bathroom after showering after sex with a new girl to find her on my computer, looking at my Skype or browsing the web or something.

I don't know why but I'm really touchy about my privacy. Even though I really have nothing to hide. My family left the Soviet Union when I was a kid and I grew up hearing my dad's stories about how you had to really watch what you say. God forbid you wrote something or said something that the wrong person heard. KGB would be at your door faster than you can say Pushkin.

So when somebody looks into my documents, that's absolutely not OK with me and it pretty much always pisses me off instantly and substantially. So I usually yell and tell her sternly that "you do NOT look in my computer or phone or anything else EVER without my permission, GOT IT?"

They look scared and a minute later want to bang again. Coincidence...?


2. When I go on a date with a new girl and she starts fiddling on her iPHone I can almost feel myself getting angry like my body is a thermometer rising with mercury, getting redder and redder until it hits the bulb on top and explodes.

The first thing I do when I arrive on a date is turn MY phone off so I can be completely present with that girl. Exception being if she's boring or a cold fish and I plan on bailing, then I'll turn it back on and text some other girls to see if I can salvage the day.

So I sit there and deliberately get myself angrier and angrier. I glower at her while she absent-mindedly thumbs her little crack box WHILE SITTING IN FRONT OF ME and then when she looks up and sees my scowling face, I look her dead in the eyeball and say "I want you...to turn...your phone off...now."

Recently, one girl's eyes actually lit up and she jumped in my arms for a big hug almost as if to say "thank you for telling me what to do!" and switched it off for the rest of the night.

I think this works for me because it truly drive me up the wall and I'm 100% ready to walk if she doesn't turn it off. So it's genuine on my part and it comes through.

I really channel that pissed off energy and make sure she feels it. You can see it on their faces. Like they just shot up an opiate. The emotional drug...

All in all, flipping out on girls, yelling at them all of a sudden, physically throwing them out of my apartment and doing all of these so-called "asshole" things has always had one result: they come back with watery little doe eyes saying "I love you daddy." It's the darndest thing...

The other day I was at a large party and this guy kept opening the door while I was pissing for a quick giggle. On the way out I stood in front or him, pointed a finger at him and in no uncertain terms told him what I thought about it and told him what would happen if he pulled something like that again in my presence. I never touched him, but everyone in the surrounding area knew who was in charge and that I meant business, including the girl I was trying to bang at the party.

We all know who went home with a girl that night.

Women like the projection/imitation of power. As for violence? Chicks think cat fights with fists (i.e. most bar fights) are violence or a little rough play is violence. To a trained/experienced fighter knocking man out with one puch in a stand up fight is true violence.

I agree, being alpha doesn't mean being confrontational and violent. Being alpha means that you dominate your reality. You move towards your goals. You do what you want, say what you want, etc. You're not bound by what society expects of you (i.e. find one woman and settle down with her). You create your own reality.

Now, saying what you want doesn't mean being obnoxious. Being obnoxious would be something like going to a guy's funeral and saying "I hated him." Expressing yourself freely means saying what you want independent of the opinions of others. I think it's more just that women are passive as fuck so a guy who is willing to be violent is also more likely to approach and escalate (which does lead to getting with women). Violence is just stupid and unnecessary 99% of the time and stupid is not attractive.

You were right up until your last 3 words. Violence turns women on. It's nuanced, you can't just beat someone half to death in front of a girl and expect her to want to fuck raw at the mere sight. The caveat is violence related to the dominance hierarchy. If a man beats someone in response to a challenge to his position in the dominance in the social hierarchy it gets women wetter than you would fucking believe. Sometimes even if it's the woman herself. Peep all the dumb bitches that stay with men who beat them, that's why. If you open your eyes you will see countless examples of this concept. I’ve found that women don’t want to see men use violence, but they love hearing about it.

All violence isn’t equal. Women love responsible, potentially violent men. Being violent for violence's sake just shows the guy's need to prove something to others or unhealthy anger management. Dudes have picked fights with me, and after calmly deflating the situation (usually because they were bigger and probably done some MMA like every guy these days), their girls were all over me short- and long-term. Then again, the reason dude was picking a fight in the first place was likely because he felt, consciously or not, threatened.

It also depends on the woman and the culture. In the rougher areas of the US I’ve lived, women openly appreciated a man with a history of violence much more than the women in higher-class areas did.

Here in China, where anything that remotely threatens the status quo makes people freak out, I haven’t gotten into a fight, but I suspect it would be a panty shriveler. However, Chinese women love hearing about my experiences with fights and firearms back home, as long as I stress that I never started shit and only protected my friends or girl. They think the US is the Wild West.

I’ve also found the older women in my life don’t care as much for violent men until they get real old — like my grandma, bless her, who appreciates my grandpa keeping a gun with him as he sleeps and his experience using one. She also carries, what she calls a “cute, little 22."
