Cocora is definitely a must. I was on 2 hours sleep after a late nights with a local from Pereira, combined with a half bottle of water and idiotically wearing jeans on a 28 degree day. My friend napped under the palm tree. All in all, completely worth it though.

I am an old man, but I just left that area. Spent about 3 months there. Had a place in Cartago, but spent most of my time in Pereira. Nice place.
The women in Colombia in my age group are not the good IMO, but the country is so beautiful. Wow

Definitely agree with Hotel Movich as a home base. The women are beautiful there. I am wondering how the city matches up vs. Manizales, or Armenia. In terms of safety, things to do, women
