RE: Men's health infographic

"Eat a varied diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat foods."

This is how I know this infographic is incomplete, and likely incorrect. They are still spewing that garbage?

Agreed. Nothing irks me more than the lack of real dietary advice for men. I probably stunted my growth as a teen by eating a high grain low fat diet. No more! I eat massive amounts of saturated fats, calories, and all of the other stuff that makes men healthy.

Did a blood test recently and guess what? My HDL and LDL counts were both very low. Doctor suggested I eat eggs for breakfast to which I replied, "I eat two every morning."

It pisses me off how many men are fooled when it comes to their diets taking the advice that women take (which is also BS).

Notice where it says, "After 20, men should get rectal exams once a year."

Yeah.... fuck that.

Quote:2x as likely to die from parasite-related diseases

It'd be 1000x if we included the most common and dangerous parasite of all - the wife.

Actually that's more of a self-afflicted disease stemming from a lack of the correct pill vaccination.
