I just tried this recently and the look on her face was fantastic. She was all fired up on her feminist soap box, but then that socially ingrained compulsion to overtly sympathize with rape "survivors" kicked in and she had no idea what to say for a few seconds.

According to feminists:

Rape = a holy matter that is never, under any circumstances, to be joked about.

A man's genitals being cut off, thus sexually scarring him beyond repair for life = fair game and absolutely hilarious (hell, he probably even deserved it).

You just can't win with this type of (non)logic.

Of course, pointing out this contradiction still makes for a fun time.

Well yeah that's why it worked so well I think. Of course rape is holy and untouchable, but rape survivors are to be listened to and sympathized with at all costs.

I think eventually her hamster would've rationalized that it was a man being raped so it's not as bad, but we moved the subject along. (And I away from talking to her).

I don't like to clown on feminism itself too much in person. I've had it poison the well for me with a couple social circles in the past. "That guy's a douchey misogynist etc etc." I guess my look isn't alpha enough that girls are intrigued by it like they'd be for a Don Draper type or something.

Sometimes one finds oneself talking to them by accident. Others of us are students or like me work at a University. We encounter them whether we want to or not.
