Nothing to see here but typical Gay self-destructive behavior. Perez must know not to piss off millions of obsessed Bieber fans whom would give a organ to meet the kid -he knows that - and yet still trolled them and must know that the response would be bad and swift. They rationalize 'risky' (dumb) behavior and never head on the side of caution for anything. From drugs, drama with their friends, to shady alley hookups with shady characters, to gays its all game.

Perez Hilton runs a Hollywood gossip site. His whole deal is he trashes celebs. As a gay male, he's the equivalent of one of those snarky bitches that do the same thing. For his site to compete, he has to be as controversial as possible. That's what his readers expect from him. I don't see how this is worse than anything else he's done. Creating hate is probably more profitable to him than anything else.
