Most interesting gifts

In the spirit of Christmas and whatever other holidays you might celebrate, what are the best/strangest/most unique presents you have given or received?

The reason I ask is this year my siblings and I made a photo album for our parents since we have all left the nest now. Except we are ass holes and it looks something like this. (not the first one)
