I don't think they fit into the more traditional niche of feminism. Seems they just want to be able to go to the beach topless.

When I went to Brazil in '01, chicks on Copacabana Beach routinely went topless. From what I understand, Ipanema Beach isn't as wild - Copa is where the "working girls" were known to chill and line up business. I had no idea there was a law against toplessness on the beaches there. I'm wondering if that's always been the case, or did this law go into effect since I was there?
