A few years ago while undergoing a nasty custody fight, I was concerned my kids mom would make a false accusation of violence or something similar while picking up the kid. I knew her family would back up whatever she said. So I wondered how a gut could protect himself.

Well, anyone can get accused of anything at anytime. But what could keep an accusation as being just that? What would keep an accusation from being turned in a charge and make the prosecutor drop immediately? The best I found was video. Video recording is the answer. So I researched covert video recorders and it is amazing what is out there.

So, you will now have video evidence that no rape occurred as well as performance video of yourself.

Disclaimer: I do not know the laws in all or really any jurisdictions nor do I know or care about the legality of doing this. Question to ask yourself, would you rather face a false rape charge or a improper recording charge?

One thing to be aware of is the privacy laws where you live. You can beat a rape case, but still be prosecuted for eavesdropping or some such bullshit. But, I would rather have something like this to cover my ass. Has anyone tried any of this before?

Make sure you live in a state that only requires "one party" to be aware that it is being recorded. Other than that, a "eavesdropping" charge is a lot less painful than a sexual assault rap.

I've used a hidden recording device before. Useful gadgets. I wouldn't bother for everyday life (maybe in a car if I had one). But if I was caught up in a pending divorce/custody battle, I would wear one 24/7 until it was over.

I think moving away from the warzone is a more certain way to survive then equipping yourself with even the best of guns and body armor.

Bingo! That is how I got started using it. As far as everyday life goes, there is no hassle. The clock in by bedroom that just loop records and I can pull off anything I need the next day.

Wearing a stylish watch on an evening out and just turning the recorder on when in an intimate situation. No hassle.

Audio recorder on cellphone and slipped into my pocket at other times as needed.
