Twice rejected for a tourist visa to the US, my LT Ukraine girl finally hoped on a plane and met me in Baja California. I split my time between California and Ukraine. Her BMI is 19 and her body is athletic. She looks great in a bikini and has long black hair. Likely has a little Tartar blood in her as well, so she tans nicely. She looks good here.

The Los Cabos area, for those who haven't been there is really an extension of southern California. It is a dollar economy and prices are close to L.A. prices. The demographic skews older (30, 40, to retirees, but you see occasional groups of millennials. This is just a rough sketch.

So my girl got her first glimpse of actual homo americanus in the wild, especially the women. I should say first, that she is really a good girlfriend to her girlfriends. She is not a misogynist by any means or a fat shamer. A few of her friends are a bit overweight and she, like a good friend, tries to help them out by working out with them, etc. She is also not very catty.

These are some of the quotes out of her mouth. I didn't tell her much to prepare her. I thought they were funny, insightful. She was really in shock. Some of her comments make ROK articles seem tame.

"Are there any normal women here?"

"They try to act sexy, but end up only being slutty... no wait.. just cheap."

"Americans don't walk, they waddle."

"I can't believe her heels don't break. And god knows she does not know how to walk in them."

"They buy all of this expensive clothing and none of it looks good together. Are they idiots?"

"This is enough food for a family." When served a typical American meal.

"At the point I am that fat, I kill myself."

"Does she have a mirror?" When seeing a woman with butt cleavage.

"Why is she talking like a man?" When hearing raspy voice from a millennial woman.

"Do women here have any idea how to raise a child?" When seeing an American woman ignore her freezing 4 year old boy.

"Your men are pussies. Why are they walking behind their women and talk like girls."

"Your men dress like children."

"Do they ever shut up?" When overhearing a bunch of women go on about absolutely nothing for a half hour.

"This is so tasty. I will be fat like an American woman."

"Unfortunately, I will never forget that." When seeing a morbidly obese woman dance at some silly Cabo San Lucas club.

"Why ruin your body with such ugly tatoos? Oh right, they are already fat."

The other thing worth mentioning, is I am suddenly getting a ton of attention from women, American women. I have luck with Russians and Italians, but never Americans of any quality... for at least 15 years. (I am late 40s). They (mostly 30 somethings who have already hit the wall) are playing with their hair and checking me out, approaching me. American women seem to pay an increasing amount of attention to what a man can currently pull and immediately get into competitive mode.

Problem is none of these could compete.

It reminds me of any catastrophic movie about a killer infectious disease. Someone asks how did all these people get so sick. Then that same person has a slight cough. Credits.

Yes. I agree it is viral. I think this trip is telling her definitively she does not want to be in North America. Or at least, if she moved here for a while, what the odd challenge would be.

I will say she is much happier diving in the Cabo Pulmo National Park and drinking tequila on the beach than when she was eating chips and guac in more Americanized Los Cabos.

Interesting. I love stuff like this, hearing what women from other countries fresh off the boat think about America and American women. A few years back I hosted a couple Ukrainian girls on couchsurfing and they were also in disbelief at how fat and ugly they thought American women were. That had stopped on the east coast before arriving in California.

Man I would love to help. I love the beauty of this place, but from what I saw it is nothing but Baby Boomer retirees dressed in Hawaiian shirts that barely cover their bellies. The clubs are full of them coupled with either their dried up original wives or some trophy 40 something LA chick with a boob job and bad plastic surgery.

I did see a few packs of 20 something chicks (see slut comment above) on the street. Depending on the season, there is probably some action there. They looked like they were here to party hard.

The more urban younger club "Pink Kitty" was kind of pathetic IMO when we stepped in... but the town is pretty empty right now.

Yes. It is all based on real empirical observation of culture.

That is what the Jezebel crowd with their outrage does not understand.

There are two devices that lead to good cultural observation through contrast: travel (with participant observation) and history. We see it a lot here and ROK. The photos of American women from the sixties Roosh posted to ROK tell a story. As do all you travelers.

Didn't someone else post something similar recently, can't for the life of me remember who but I do recall the girl also being harsh on American women then discovering a love of fast food...despite all the initial shock dismay and horror at their north american fatty counterparts put in this environment many are ripe to become what they mocked...if you're bringing them stateside for anything other than a quick visit make sure they're gym rats and health freaks in their own country, bad habits there is gonna make them fatties here.

I've been hiring housekeepers in a college town and they're all 30 lbs over weight at 19. But the killer is they think it's like 5 pounds.

I thought I was weird but now I can see I am normal.

This place is really that bad and I have been delluding myself, I keep warm at night with thoughts of returning to Europe.

I thought buying a new car or some new I-product might make me happy, it seems to have done nothing but make me realize what a waste of money they both are.

The reasons why women are so well behaved and attractive in Ukraine is simple:

a) Higher female to male ratio
b) Poor country
c) More beautiful women per capita = more competitive

Runner up is the alpha male personalities of the men keeping them in line

Remove those factors and I bet you they we devolve to the level of American chicks in no time. Just like everywhere else.

Money is always tossed in as a factor for a country's women becoming less feminine.

I hope deeply this really is not an issue.

The real issue is the runner-up... guys acting less alpha due to having too much disposable income. Most men are not creative enough to spend all their hard earned cash on themselves or invest in a new business. Instead they throw it on women because that is the easy route for them.

I believe even in a wealthy economy if guys took zero shit from women and would not even glance at a girl that did not put in her best effort, girls would be clawing at each other for a date.

Just like we would fight for dates if women stopped slutting around entirely and didn't put out without a firm relationship in place. Oh wait but white knights do it anyways just for fun. It is what they do best!

Update. La Paz. It is a town in Baja California about 3 hours north of Cabo San Lucas. It has a lot to recommend it.

Vibe. Sure there are a bunch of expats and many of them are American, but they tend to be classier and less in your face. The vibe reminds me of Santa Cruz in California with an almost European influence. Lots of young people. Lots of talent. Along the boardwalk on a Tuesday night I ran into a dozen clubs, discos, lounges with DJs filled with young locals. The majority were college age. The mood was festive. I imagine a weekend in summer would be remarkable. Women (girls actually) wore high heels and new how to wear them. Seems promising if you have some Spanish... but likely would require longer term social circle game.

Yes. The Sea of Cortez along the east cape to to La Paz is stunning. The best snorkeling I have ever experienced. it is like an acquarium.
