this is smth i have noticed in myself and also in a couple of other guys i know.

it has happened on several occasions that i approached a total hottie (not a regular hottie but one of those rare hot ones you would only see in south beach, vegas, etc) and that it seems to be going well, she's liking the conversation and making an effort to keep the conversation going, but pretty soon i start to feel uncomfortable and feel a nagging feeling inside me saying that "something is wrong" and "i shouldn't be doing this" and then i bail even before things have gone badly or before she has indicated she isn't interested

recently i've been thinking why this may be - i wonder if perhaps on some unconscious level that i'm barely or not aware of, i think i don't deserve it?!

thoughts anyone?
