A high school student in Duluth, Georgia has been suspended from school for one year after he was caught on surveillance camera hugging a teacher.

17-year-old Sam McNair won’t be able to graduate on time and will be forced to forfeit a full athletic scholarship because of the incident that school officials say violated their sexual harassment policy.

The surveillance video shows McNair walking up behind his teacher, wrapping his arms around her, and hugging her with his head behind her neck. The teacher claims that McNair’s cheeks and lips gently touched the back of her neck and her cheek, but McNair says that’s not true.

"Something so innocent can be perceived as something totally opposite," said McNair.

The school found McNair guilty of violating their sexual harassment code, but McNair’s mother April says that they are a family of “huggers” and what he did was completely innocent. April says that she was never notified of the situation before the school suspended her son and that they shouldn’t have jumped to suspension right off the bat.

"He's a senior. He plays football and was getting ready for lacrosse and you're stripping him of even getting a full scholarship for athletics for college," said April McNair.

Sam McNair says he hugs most of his teachers and thinks being disciplined so harshly for showing someone else affection is wrong.

"You know what someone's going through,” said McNair. “A hug might help,"

The school would apparently not comment on the specific incident, but did say that a lot of factors are taken into consideration when determining how to discipline a student.

It's clear that the teacher is just not getting the dick she wants at home.

Having a young alpha come so close reminded her of her former slut life.

It's too painful for her to think about that fun time while she's growing old and sexually unsatisfied.

Instead of recognizing her reality and anger towards life and herself, she sublimates it towards the young guy, and ruins his life in an attempt to feel powerful again.

This country is going down the gutters. Normal human behavior has been criminalized. Kiss a girl--suspended, hug a teacher suspension/forfeit of scholarship. What the fuck next? Death penalty for looking at a girl the wrong way. He r.aped her with his eyes school officials have confirmed to ABC news.

And of course if this has been homosexual hugs, kisses, etc--this would be totally cool and cause for a sexually explicit gay pride party
(hosted by the school and paid for with taxpayer money). Roosh's article on heterophobia was spot on. Any non-homosexual act is becoming criminalized even if it is consensual.

Looking back at my life--I committed my first sex crime in pre-school when I kissed my girlfriend on the cheek and lips (at the time we thought we were going to get married). Nowadays I would be on the sex offenders list for that. I also liked to hug my pretty blond pre-school teacher Ms. Debbie. She would even pick me up when I was crying and rest my head on her large chest. That always relaxed me.

ps. after looking at the video it does look a little suspicious, but even then--detention for a week or call the parents.

Agree with Flavius. Would be rewarded if queer teacher "outs" gay student (assuming is of age) by taking him to a steamroom at a public gym known to be frequented by gays.

The way people freak over physical contact these days is batshit. I remember seeing some college anti-rape flier a few months ago saying verbal consent was essential before touching of any kind including hugs. Now hugs are sexualized and potentially "rapey". Feminism is a vector for some kind of contagious paranoid autism.

There's some kind of an override switch embedded in the feminist movement. It claims it wants equality, is allied with transgender and racial movements and so on, but then the switch just takes over that everything goes downhill. In this case, obviously it really wants to help the disadvantaged black student, but its hatred of men is just too strong. It can't resist!

Just like that one feminist diplomat's right to neglect her kids and be a strong independent woman sticking it to the patriarchy by making tons of cash working for the system takes priority over her nanny getting a living wage for caring for the spawn of a failed woman instead of her own.

Next its going to be "brought a peanut butter sandwich to school...obviously trying to kill all of the allergic kids...expelled for life"

Power is a central undercurrent to everything in life. Feminism is no different. It is a power grab. Power, like everything in life, is zero sum. An increase in power for women must come from somewhere. So it comes from men.

Somewhat tangentially related: I was having a conversation with a gay friend about feminism awhile back. He mentioned that he's very careful as to who he shares his true views with. I half-jokingly wondered why, as he has the "gay pass" to say controversial things even though he's a white male. His answer was instructive: by virtue of wanting dick, gay men have no desire for pussy. No desire for pussy (true lack of desire, not a sour grapes "porn is good enough" lack of desire) = pussy has no power over you. Therefore, a gay "red pill" man is even more dangerous. Women understand this at some level of consciousness and will react even more vehemently.

Always when I read things like this we say in our country "only in America".

When I was in high school, we had a teacher that appeared in very kinky poses in lingerie on soft porn websites (she was even my tutor for two years), and she had sex with at least one boy from my school when she drove him home regularly.

While she had some trouble (nothing more than warnings from the school superior), she is still working at the school.

In the USA, she would have been locked up for a looooooooooooooong time I guess...

Regardless of the students intentions, its still a landmark case as it will now be known nation wide that Hugging is Bad and must be Shamed (especially males as we are all potential rapists).

so now relationships between students and teachers will be very black and white and the drone generation will soldier on without questioning anything. yet another slap in the face by feminism now dominating public education.

I really would like the female teacher to be outed and forced to answer for this, but of course she is the victim

Teachers are supposed to be providing viable futures to kids.

Why is a teacher trying to wreck a kid's chances at going to college? Why is she pushing for disciplinary actions that could de-rail his whole life.

Well lets look at the positive here. If he eventually scrapes the funds together to go to college as a regular student, I hope that this incident burns inside of him to motivate him to become the best lawyer or politician.

No wonder America is in ridiculous debt and teetering on financial collapse. Having ridiculous laws and incidents like this show there are many more things wrong with the fabric of the people. All I can say is that this case and many others are ridiculous. American men need to wake up.
