That´s really amazing. Do we have some biologists here in the forum? Would be interesting what their opinion is. A pitty that Roosh is no more a science man...

It is called gene expression, there might be very small differences in the genes you inherit from your mother and father, but a significant part of our genes is activated by external stimulus or our "environment". Nature versus nurture? Both.
The gene expression of someone doing endurance training for 20 years since childhood is different than the same person doing heavy work and lifting for 20 years.

The conclusion to not have children with women who are crazy or on meds/depression. Your children have a higher chance to have the same problems. Being in the best shape of your life (and thus genetic expression peak) while making your offspring is a gift to them.
