Some girl I have seen a couple of times says I kiss like a person giving CPR. Haha. Any helpful advice in becoming a better kisser? I think I read in another slightly different post about kissing the lips like it was the pussy.

You just need to do it more.

Make sure your teeth don't hit hers. Sometimes it will happen but be aware.

Start kissing the lips gently, they like that.

Suck the lower lip into your mouth a little. That's a good one but sometimes it feels weird for them if no one has done it before.

Use you hands - hold head, put hands in their hair (tug gently on roots of hair at back of skull)

Control your breathing.

Keep your teeth in check.

Find her rhythm and complement it with your own. Think of the kisses as a concerto, and you are the conductor who makes the pace quicken and slow, who makes the intensity swell and subside. Do it in such a way that harmonizes with the natural music of her kisses.

Use your tongue sparingly. It is a way to punctuate kisses or add intensity, not a baseline.

If she's kissing your upper lip, you kiss her lower lip, or vice versa. Your lips should match up or interleave in a way. Don't try to kiss her mouth. Just pick a lip and kiss it.

Stay relaxed.

I suggest saying, "I want you to teach me to kiss you the way that you like," and letting the girl give you some pointers. That's how I learned from my first girlfriend, and nowadays I get compliments on my kissing from most girls I kiss.

If you really don't know what you're doing or aren't that familiar with her then kiss with your eyes open the first few times. Once you begin to get a little more comfortable start kissing with your eyes closed. Another thing to keep in mind when kissing is to keep your saliva in check. Every so often back off for a second and swallow your spit so that you don't end up drooling.

The trick to being a good kisser is:

Being adaptable.

Girls' mouths are all different. Some open their mouths wide, some open their mouth small. Your responsibility is to calibrate your kiss so you match the shape of her mouth and how she kisses.

When you kiss her, guide her lips to yours first and then try and adjust your mouth to match hers. Once you match the size of her mouth to yours then you can adapt to the more advanced stuff like making out.

It's strange, but think of it like your mouth and her mouth are like USB cables. Except the USB cables are different sizes. The data that is being transmitted will always be transmitted, you just have to ensure that your "port" matches hers.

If she is saying it seems like you are giving her cpr, I would say you are probably using too much tongue.

Keep your upper lip and your lower lip closed at first and try to kiss her lower lip. If she opens her mouth then go ahead and slide your tongue in but gently and only for a few seconds. If she doesn't open her mouth you haven't built up enough attraction just yet so kiss her a little longer the second time while you are still keeping your mouth closed. Eventually she will be ready to be macked on, and when you are macking, just remember to use a lot less tongue than you have been.
