Got out to festivals, concerts, social events more than ever before in 2013

Cash flow stabilized

Accomplished a few professional goals

Notches down slightly (Concentrated on parenthood; got full custody of my son)

Joined local gym and revamped my workout regimen

Discovered RVF forum

Give myself a solid "B", thrown a few curves along the way but still managed a solid showing...key is to NEVER be satisfied

I had a feeling if I was alone or with another cat that was equally well dressed we would get a decent amount of attention.

My biggest pitfall is I have only one single 9-5 suit (pm to am). So I don't want to wear it too often be that guy that wears the same suit out always.

Looks like it's time to expand my wardrobe.

I'd venture to say the #1 advantage for myself is that if I see an extremely hot girl out in a sexy dress, I wouldn't be intimidated at all to approach. The suit would make me feel like I outclass her and if my game is tight that night I would come off as intimidating to her.

Suits are good, but if you don't have the game to back it up, you will look like a buffoon. I saw this yesterday- two guys dressed in suits acting like complete idiots and the girls I was talking to were trashing them.

^ very true.

Rocked a custom suit for the first time in my life yesterday.

1) got free drinks
2) let me cut the line to the club, no bouncer cared if I left and came back for a smoke
3) tipped the bouncer as a "respect" move
4) left a heavy tip on the bartender who hooked me up, he just laughed and gave me another shot, which I had to chase immediately with water

You really have to know what colors to wear as well, luckily I have a stylist who hooks me up so needless to say all my off the rack suits are going to be retired by the end of next year.

I don't want to derail this thread, but when were talking about custom suits, are we talking made to measure? Or fully bespoke?

There is a place in town that I could get a bespoke suit for $1500 - $2000. Is that worth it? Or is made to measure a better option?

This year

- Started college, ran game from the jump. 4months in got a lot of numbers, a couple hugs and such and 1 kiss. Went to a party, my reputation is growing rapidly.

- Upgraded my style, got immediate results as far as respect, game and such goes.

- Did a considerable amount of approaches, and since september when I joined the forum I probably did 50. Stopped writing in the approach thread although.

- Got two notches, but I feel that next year that number will triple or quadruple.

-Dropped my first studio recorded song, and working on a mixtape for next year.

- Saw so much gains on the court, for basketball. I really went hard in training this year and plan on going even harder next year.

-Learned a lot from you guys on the forum.

Ease into it. Start at the discount rack of the best department store or thrift shop in the best hood, and take your joint to a tailor to
-Jacket sleeves shorten
- Pants leg cuffed
- Waist of the pants taken in
- Take in the jacket
- Add some working buttons on the cuff of the jacket

That is level one. Do this a couple of times to figure out what you like in a suit, then start your way up the style ladder.

Maybe you like a 1 button, or you could be a 3 roll 2 man. Find that out on ready to wear.

But just suiting up properly will give you a bump. As your sense of style grows, that's when you plunk down and G's on a bespoke joint.

And rule #1 of getting your style game up, NEVER TAKE A WOMAN SHOPPING. Learning how to suit up properly is your magic, your getting ready.

Good luck, and I'm sure you'll get your first bang next year. If you are in your early 20s and dating girls of similar age, closing (getting the bang after you've already gotten some or all of her clothing off) is almost always just a matter of being patient and not pushing too far too fast. When you get resistance, just back off a bit, and do not give up. If she really wants to stop, she'll get up and start putting her clothes on.

Thanks for the advice! I'm 19, almost had my first bang at the start of this semester, but had performance anxiety even tho she was fully naked and straight up asked for sex.

Good job keep going. If this anxiety can be a problem for you I would say avoid drinking too much if you predict the bang will happen. Not to say you can't encourage her to drink more, but limit yourself a bit.

Take things slow, focus on her. I think if you focus on her you can get out of your own mind and more into the moment.

I used to be on FB a lot (didn't have a job so that gave me a lot of free time). Now I rarely post on FB, went from 2-3 posts a day to 1 per week. Girls usually wonder what I'm doing because I rarely post anymore. "Hey stranger" messages are not uncommon.
