Yeah. Is OP in DC? If so, Howard chicks are not hard at all. The female to male ratio at that institution is 70% to 30%!

However, top shelf there is competitive. Those chicks aren't even checking for the few dudes there; not when they got pro athletes that play for the Wizards, Redskins, and other cats with dough in DC vying for their attention...

I know one chick from Howard that worked at a hotel in DC part-time that Skins players always used. One of them had her on "payroll" and paid her seat deposit for when she went to law school. So some of those bitches still act like they are the center of the universe.

That said, there are 6's and 7's around that are open. But there are also a lot of subpar chicks there as well.
