I was talking to an old female friend of mine. She's married with 3 kids. Her husband just served her with divorce papers. The guy is gonna take a big hit. He makes over $300k doing finance so she's gonna get a big chunk of that on the way out.

His biggest issue is that she has lots of male friends. She's admitted to cheating on him before. He forgave her but it's obviously been an issue all this time.

So I tell her she should be thankful that she landed a guy that makes that kinda money. I said "Where would you be right now if you never met him?" Living with your parents? Living in a shitty studio apartment somewhere while waiting tables?

Her argument is "Well I cook and clean for him ...I deserve all the money I'm gonna get". "He has to keep me in the lifestyle to which I'm accustomed."

They all know the lingo

I say "Cooking and cleaning is your job. It's your house and your kids. You should be happy to do it".

Her reply "Whatever ....let's agree to disagree".

The last time I heard that statement was when Roosh was talking about his date with a woman from Denmark. He couldn't pursued her to his argument and the best he could get was "Let's agree to disagree". If anyone has that video please post it here.

So it seems that feminist ideals have seeped into the mindset of the common everyday women here in the US. It's crazy.

It seems like every woman wants to be a trophy wife with full access to the bank account.

So I say "This is why I'm never getting married. It's just not worth it."

You cannot get a woman to understand something when their welfare depends on them not understanding it. (paraphrasing Upton Sinclair). If this woman was instead marrying this man after he got divorced , you can bet she would have a different take on things (i.e. it's not fair that bitch gets his money, etc.).

Lest you think this is a Western feminist thing, you can be sure a savvy Russian or Chinese girl would do the same thing. Wendy Deng? Just women being women. It's deep in their nature. Make babies and collect the precious. This is their programming. Without societal constraints, you get shit like this. They have always been like this, regardless of what allegedly glorious era you can think of. However, they were not always able to act on it. How can you expect her to disagree with something that is the core of her being?

^ I don't disagree with anything you say Menace. That's exactly what I would expect of Parlay's friend. But hoping for better and expecting better aren't the same thing.

On thing to be optimistic about is that the soon to be ex-husband of Parlay's friend will likely be a red-piller soon. Big time alimony and child support tend to result in that.

Same here. You know my ex(ex-fwb that is) was proud of the fact that we never "dated" or were officially bf/gf. She bragged about it in court like it would have some kind leverage against me having any rights to custody. She had no problem with me paying child support though. That part she was cool with. It's amazing how the female mind works.

did you ask her WHY she cheated? I mean I could take a good guess as to why but I'd be curious to hear the explanation in her own words. Especially since she's trying to take him to the cleaners AFTER she cheated on him.

Parlay: How do you deal with having a friend like that? When I disagree with somebody so strongly on something like this that is very important to me I can barely keep from blowing up on them, let alone continue to be friends.

This is something I definitely have to work on about myself. Its not worth running people off over. How do you guys stay in touch with old friends who you disagree so strongly with?

I'm very liberal when it comes to friends and girls. I don't care if people get high, have been in jail, had abortions etc. I'm live and let live.

When it comes to things like marriage I'm very old school conservative. You have a single life and you have a married life. I make it clear to girls that the longer we date and the closer we get the more you have to pull away from your single friends and guy friends. Most get it ...or say they get it. But it never works out long term. Women these days want it both ways. They still want to go out on the weekends and Woohoo it up with their girlfriends. I even had one girl refer to marriage as a trap.

As far as this girl goes she's the town doorknob. We've all fooled around with her in some form over time. She married some guy she met online who didn't know about her carousel days. But she's fun and she's been around forever. And like I said I don't really care so much. She called me to talk so I felt the need to express myself on her situation.

That shit would drive me absolutely crazy and I'm not sure how well W would control what came out of my mouth after it or If i would be able to be around her anymore. If it was an ex wife who said some shit like that to me I'm certain I'd snap.

I'm the same as you when i comes to what other people are doing with their lives.. for the most part but this would set me off.
