I don't know if that's racism - if that kind of stuff happens to blacks more often than whites or if it was the factor in this case - but it's clearly an example of the bizzaro police state that the USA has become.

The cops saw some blood pressure medicine and accused a 60yo man of carrying drugs...

The description of what happened reads like an In Living Color sketch.

That being said, the cops don't need cultural sensitivity training. They need training in how to do their fucking jobs.
