Shaming seems to cause viral posts at ROK. I think the next week should focus on shaming White Knights. They are the most dangerous of trolls since they might be able to do DDOS attacks and write more coherently usually. What types of articles do you think would generate a lot of traffic and rage?

I thinks why shaming causes viral posts, is that people are so used to nonjudmentalism and everybody brownnosing whatever they do. Its a direct attack to the ego so its has to be lashed out against to comfort the ego. The response is totally emotional (emotional reasoning) as seen by the Eating disorder article. A white knight should be more susceptible to this type of mockery.

all of these assumptions apply only to women.

white knights are not women, and women don't care about them, so it wouldn't be as big a hit.

Shaming isn't just trolling to get page hits. I think that it actually can change behaviour. At the start of the summer, I went to a pool party and as I said in my approach thread:

^ I believe that feminists (read radical/liberal feminists as that's all that's really left in western society) have a love hate relationship with white knights.

They love them as enablers and kool-aid drinkers (not to mention unquestioning followers of their tripe).

They (as most women) HATE them as any kind of sexual person for being so beta.

I looked up jizabells response to white knights and they had a bunch of article shaming them. Perhaps seeing the people who they claim to defend hate them will be interesting.

An article on how a player became a white knight might be funny.

White knights in politics and why no default divorce and VAWA were passed.

An article about women's suffrage would get some views.

Hits and pages views are not a bad thing for a online magazine. Granted a lot will be not paying people but you may convert a few people over to your view point.

Yea I think this is it. It could go the opposite way with trolling, as the subject matter would be basically siding with feminists. I think it should be articles about how white-knights and male feminists are actually sexist because they think they need to protect and defend women from "misogynistic" men.

Of course these should be expanded upon. As others have mentioned, solely targeting white knights wouldn't make a big impact, as they're are still male and thus wired differently in terms of their narcissistic responses etc. By mentioning 'rape' we illicit rage from feminists who are too stupid to see that the article is actually mocking their devaluation of the word and it is in fact them who trivialize it, not us. Even put that fact in there to shame them.
