Okay, So, giving a fuck to anything a girl says is the last thing I wanna do but, this sentence has been said to me several times. It's strange that this has started happening only since my game has become tighter.
A girl who is not down to f is a girl about whom I don't care, I play with these girls' expectations as a result. I don't know if they get mad because of this and throw this line or anything else. But it is becoming very frequent and not even in a funny tone, What I get is cold tone. I don't say anything to a girl who says it rather It gives me satisfaction?
Is this happening to any of you? And what do you think about it?

Don't let it affect you. But if it happens very frequently, there usually is an underlying reason. Barring being in an extremely toxic and feminist culture where women hate men at first glance, it might be that your game is too direct. I have never heard this sentence, or basically anything beyond a simple "Oh sorry, I'm not interested".

This is a good thing. Emotions are pliable. Hate is always preferable to indifference and can be turned to love in an instant.

It helps to develop a bit of disarming charm to help move these interactions in useful ways. Even if you're not trying to bang a chick, her having strong emotions about you is often useful.
