^ I don't have a great answer for you, because the words alone don't mean much. There's a big difference between a girl sounding annoyed or bored with a "you're not done yet?" and a girl grabbing you hungrily and saying "please come for me, I want to see you come!".

I've never had a girl be in a hurry to finish after literally only a minute or two. Sometimes (often) girls are used to guys who can only last a few minutes, and it takes a bit to train them for a longer sexual experience.

I've only had one girl negatively ask me why I wasn't done yet. It was the girl I lost my virginity to, the very first time I had sex with her, and the sex was not good. Other girls have begged for me to come and whatnot but it's fun to turn that into teasing her, "you don't get my come yet, you haven't earned it" sort of stuff.

She can be on top without having control. I like to have a girl straddle me, put her feet flat so she's squatting down on my dick, then pull her chest down toward me and pound up into her. I've made about 20% of the girls I fuck come.

The biggest factors, by far, are:

1. How orgasmic she is; how much she masturbates; how much she watches porn; how much she tells me what to do because she knows what that is

2. The differential between my hotness and her hotness: the more relatively hot I am, the more likely she is to come.

Multiple girls have told me that they never orgasm. Sometimes they masturbate or watch porn, but they don't know how to make themselves orgasm. Well, fuck that, if you don't know how to get yourself off, I'm probably not going to do it (and I don't care either way).

I've also met girls who require way too much stimulation to come. They'll start masturbating, and it just take 8 minutes of fast, hard, constant pounding with their fingers to finally get there. It's exhausting just to watch them do it, and I don't make a great effort to do the same thing.

Re: the second point: it was the less attractive girls who squirted all over my bed. If she was trashy, uneducated, and/or plain looking (yes, I've hooked up with less attractive women in moments of loneliness and weakness - sometimes that's better than Pornhub), then she was more likely to come.

As I've gotten older, I've gotten better at sex. One of my recent lays told me afterward that she had multiple orgasms - I had no idea.

I also want to distinguish between:

A. "I don't care whether you orgasm" is the best frame of mind to have
B. Whether a woman orgasms is not important to her attraction to you and how satisfied she feels in the relationship

I tend to agree with A, but I know that B is simply false. There are some scientific studies showing that female orgasms predict female happiness and relationship longevity. Most of the happy couples I know are couples where the guy makes the girl come (e.g., every single time). I would love to have that magic touch and ability to make girls come every time - I don't, but it's a great skill to have.

One last note: I met a guy/girl couple at a swingers sex party who said he could make every girl in that mansion squirt with his fingers. And I believed him (he made the girl squirt in front of all of us). I've tried to do what he did, but I can't reproduce his results. I'd love to learn from someone like that. This also shows that there are several (3+) different types of female orgasms, connected to fundamentally different nerves in the female genital area (clitoral, cervical, etc.).

This is a good point. It is ultimately EVERY person's job to get THEMSELVES off. Yes, it's absolutely something that can be helped along/caused by the partner, but if the girl has a mental block you won't be able to get her off. That's not a situation where I'd really even count it as a failure if she can't get herself off in the first place.
