I recently noticed that my last few SNLs all came after hitting the gym hard. I've pulled 3 SNLs in the past few weeks with the following formula:
1. Go to the gym and do some heavy compound lifts.
2. Go home and shower but don't use any soap or shampoo. This gets the obvious BO off of me but doesn't hide my natural scent.
2* (optional) Put on a very lightly scented deodorant. Baking soda works too.
3. Put on freshly washed 100% cotton clothing. I use All detergent which has minimal scent of it's own.
4. Go out and run game as usual.

Quality was not very high (6s) but the lays were super easy. I literally just walked into bars about an hour before last call, waited for a bangable girl to look at me, then went over and talked to her. Asked her after a few minutes if she wanted to get out of there and then bounced to her place or mine. The thing I noticed was that the girls were kind of neutral until they got within a few inches of me. Then they got super turned on. That's what makes me think it's some kind of pheromone shit.

Not so much your pheromones but all the natural hormones and neurotransmitters and endorphins that make you feel good & positive after exercising.

The pheromones/hormones you get from sex is far more powerful. Steal her panties and wipe it on your neck/wrists for effect.

I don't think this is it, when I shower with soap and shampoo I don't get the same effect.

Kick her panties under the bed and play dumb when she can't find them. A good night of sex and she'll wake up late and be frazzed. Any experienced ho keeps a spare set in their pocketbook. When traveling make one of your harem ho's send you a pair in the mail.

Don't wash the sex towel either. And if you get a quickie and she leaves, don't shower and hit the bars to cash in.

Working out and sex both release endorphins. I find I get a similar high from both which give me confidence, but the sex high is a little different as there's a hornier edge to my attitude. I do believe that women can 'smell' it on you if you've been laid recently. This is above and beyond the confidence running through your veins.

I always enjoy getting in a pump before a night out, and a lot of other people I've heard do the same. I want to try getting laid then going out to compare.

Why all the subterfuge? When a girl is getting dressed and starts to put on her panties I just say, uh-uh, those are staying here. They usually comply.

How long is the scent from a girls underwear good for? A day, a week, a month?
