Great breakdown of the NYC threads. They never get old.

The thing with Westcoast is he is like a young male lion.

The harassment from the Hyenas drive him crazy and he loses his kill.





He is not quite at the level of someone say, like me, a Full Grown Alpha Male Lion that can kill off multiple hyena attackers.



Or even kill one or multiple other Alpha Male Lions from different Prides.



He will get there though.

(Just to keep with the "Jungle Theme" I have been going with lately. As you might guess I have been watching a lot of nature movies lately which coincidentally, one can learn more about Game than any game e-book out there.)

El Paso is full of cute girls, great food, nice climate, and low cost of living. Unfortunately its been bumped down do to the defense contract jobs drying up on base. Salt Lake City replaces it.

Neither of these can hold a candle to NYC or Tampa though.

Wealth and income are not the same and using averages is going to screw up all the calculations on a site like numbeo.

One hardcore wealthy guy, there are millions, buys a single pent house.... Now your rent "average" is screwed up

Second. Numbeo is not going to catch non-cash compensation in the form of stocks and options.

Simply put. Averages are the worst metric of all time to look at.

Go on craigslist and just find a place at your level. Then find a job at your same level. You'll see it nets out about the same.

As soon as people start talking about averages you should take a step back and ask if an average will be skewed. Averages are only good in certain models, such as "average height", don't use it for things like "net worth" or "NBA salary"

All of the most successful people I know have the "greedy gene". Coincidentally, most of them party hard, drink heavy, and do embark on the occasional recreations.

If anything drug use is a correlation of success not the other way around. Risk-taking in business corresponds to risk-taking in personal behavior.

Thing is also in NYC you are hitting on higher quality as well. So take that as you will.

I have never gone more than 3 days without a pull there. Just show up, most people don't even have the nuts to come to the city, you can see that in this thread alone.

I hear tinder over there is a fuck fest. So if you're not into that go to nicer venues no one will be on their cell phones.

I'm coming on the 7th. We all should meet up in the city. I posted in the NYC(Local) thread but no one bit. Oh yea, and West Coast and MidnightSpecial...your posts addressed to me kicked my ass into gear. Last night when i had trouble and started to fall into the hold habit of thinking DC sucked again, i told myself "I am responsible for my own success and my game, i need to improve it no matter how much i try to convince myself that i've done all i can...which i admitted to myself i haven't" and wo and behold, the night turned better and even the girl who gave attitude or "bitchiness", didn't let that stop me...and they dropped it a bit. I didn't get anything but i think i'm on the right track again since i'm dropping the ego more and more. Thanks guys.

I'm necro'ing this thread, as I've been back here for a while now and have new thoughts on the place.

Running Game in NYC = Going to War

I like to think of myself as a nice guy. I want to be nice to girls. But when I act anything remotely like a nice guy in NYC, I get put down faster than a Chinese demonstrator. Just annihilated.

So I start acting like an egotistical asshole instead, and boom. I get results instantly. They go from ignoring my calls & txts, to calling me "baby" and "sexy". The switch is night & day.

When I was in Czech Republic, Poland, and Ukraine, my approach was COMPLETELY different. Running game there, I just had to be polite, curious, and a little coy.

Running game in tier 1 US? I have to prepare for combat.

There are more careerists here than anywhere else.

There is fucked up reverse psychological distance here too. Women will travel into Manhattan, but not the other way around. ie. it's not a problem for her to train in from Jersey to Chelsea, but it's <i>too fucking far</i> for the same exact girl to train from Chelsea to Jersey.


Look, getting laid here is not hard. There are more single young women here than pretty much anywhere. But compared to EE, this place is an overpriced, overcrowded feminist mecca filled with spoiled daddy's girls and careerist ladder climbers whom I can't fathom why any man would choose either for the mother of his children.

The girls I've swooped thus far have been ALL bridge & tunnel. I'm at the point where any girl living on the island, plus the trendier parts of Brooklyn, is NEXT on sight for me.

I get the feeling you're a bit bored of the wash, rinse, repeat aspect of NYC dating. You hang out with one of these girls, you've hung with them all.

The great thing is that there are so many girls here that you can avoid those types of 'daddy's girl' type of chicks by dating foreign.

CR that is pretty spot on. That is also why the visitors like it a lot they are in aggression mode and run asshole game immediate one night stand etc. I would definitely not call it going to war, if you can't get laid in NYC you're basically not trying. What I think you mean is you have to be the same ""archetype" night in and night out to get the bangs which may be hard on a person with a soul (I sold mine years ago so no problems there)

If you're looking for the mother of your children there is a hospital that does vasectomies a short 10 minute cab from where you are right now...

I mean just go abroad. Ha.
