I got a really good laugh out of the follow-up article. The chick has a cool stance about this, plus she looks very nice for 36 (although a part of that is definitely Photoshop, but still). One of the rare times that there is a genuinely relaxed take on such a hilarious coincidence.

I highly recommend Nancy Friday's My Secret Garden and her other books about women's fantasies. It's just a collection of women telling their fantasies without much commentary, one or two pages each. They were collected in the 1970s I think and they range from the very innocent to the very dark. There was a follow-up called Forbidden Flowers. It would be interesting to read a follow-up today.

I read that when I was 13 or so. When you read about women wanting to be gangbanged or raped by the family dog it obviously stops you pedastalising them.
