NSA has access to all your shit. Most encryption is BS. Despite having access to everybodies shit they actually haven't done much.

They will have access to even more of your health shit when ACA takes full effect. The did previously use IRS info on the tea party so do be surprised if they use health info against the enemies of the day either.
