wall hitting labor lawyer chick compares working at McDonald's to domestic abuse
I was watching this because I've gotten very interested in Mike Rowe's movement to promote learning skilled trades. The subject of unions comes up and after Mike Rowe says some complementary things about working low wage jobs, the female lawyer that he's sitting next to then compares working to McDonald's to being in an abusive relationship in voice that is a perfect example of vocal fry with high rising terminal.

working for McDonald's like being in a abusive relationship. Fastforward to 7:20 if you don't want to watch the rest of it.

Why do we let chicks get away with these kind of cheap debate tactics?

It's not like people are undecided.

I'd still hit it despite the wrinkles on her face - but I wouldn't commit. My point was that she was a classic example of the careerist lawyer type that Roissy/Heartiste talks about. She was gifted with very high female beauty but wastes it all on a career where she thinks guys will be impressed by instead of being feminine. Then she goes ahead and equates working for McDonald's as being beaten by a man.

Sorry, I misread what you said - missed the part at the bottom.
