One thing that never ceases to amaze me is with these talks of such and such groups being under represented in x professions/field. What these clowns fail to realize is that it's not about what you have between your legs or what you look like or where you're from but rather, a matter of competence, intelligence, capacity, expertise and being better able to handle and cope with certain situations.

If I were hiring today, I would look for the best, most experienced and most competent person for that psition, regardless of gender, origin or any of these craps you hear all the time. However, after being exposed to the manosphere and reading and seeing first hand the ugly side of women in the work force, I would always give preference to a man over a woman for the same position. This is especially true for any position of importance. It's an indisputable fact that men have higher work ethics and an overall greater intelligence and capacities despite what the feminazi are trying to make us believe.

Another fact that these feminists are not mentioning is that it's now become, at least in the Anglosphere, an unfortunate common happening labeled under the banner of being "progressive", is that of women routinely being promoted at the expense of competent, talented men for the sole reason of being a woman! It's become so perversely bad that nowadays as a company owner, if you hire a man, whom may be more qualified over a woman, you will face a discrimination lawsuit! Talk about damned if you do, damned if don't!

I personally believe that any kind of contract with a woman is a very risky business and is much better avoided at all costs. I'm mainly referring to hiring female employees or worst, getting married to one , at least in the feminazi corrupted environment of the Anglosphere.

I'd go so far as to say that most women are talentless. The ones that get promoted, break glass ceilings, and become world leaders (eg Thatcher) are rare. But like all talent, it will rise to the top and men recognize talent and smarts.
