I think the article you found in Latin American blogs was originally written by some American faggot dad posted on HuffPo or one of those lamestream media sites, and the Latin American one is a translation.

I wouldn't stress. Women pass inspiration drivel around all the time, but it's always clichéd, trite crap, and they never seem to actually act on it.

I don't know about America, but here in Australia there is a literal plague of painted boards with white lettered inspirational sayings on them. Rubbish like "Life is not about running from the storm but learning to dance in the rain" that makes me want to vomit blood.

I swear, these tedious, patronising boards are in the window of every store remotely of interest to vagina owners, offering those lacking wit and who are incapable of any original thought of their own the chance to sound wise and intelligent... to other vagina owners. They sound like brain-dead morons to anyone with a swinging dick.

This shit is everywhere. I'm assuming they buy them and hang them in their kitchen or something.

I figured so. Not surprising to see this drivel coming from Huffpo. Good to see it's only a translation in which case these attitudes are probably not a majority. Still, it's probably a signal of change, so I'm glad to be planning my trip before the internet spreads American/Aussie values into South America.
