Want to bang a brasilera but can't travel to brazil? Problem solved. You can bang one by hanging out at a starbucks near the Brazilian Consulate in Houston/(insert your city). Many nationals go to their consulate to get a passport or birth certificate. There are many restaurants/starbucks nearby where they congregate while waiting. This creates the perfect opportunity to strike.

Just strike with some small chat, mention that you're going to the consulate because you like the country or want to find your roots. They'll take this warmly as most 'muricans like to bash anything other than 'murica. Then again, your opener might be different than mine and everyone knows well how they operate best. From there you can number close or bounce to another place. Personally, I go for the number close as they got kids to pick up or other stuff to do.

Also, look at the parks nearby. Some girls don't want starbucks so they might to the park. Especially lizzards with kids. You can notice Grady park on the map......and the Houston Galleria nearby. Find some hot French/Chileans/Qataris shopping.

I'll use Houston and LA as an image example since Dallas sucks by not having many consulates.

Houston Consulates nearby:
Inside the "inside red ring": Chile, France, Greece, France, German, Italy, Russia, Brazil.
Outside: Finland Trade, Israel, Denmark, Swiss Trade Commission,
Nearby: Argentina, Spain, Guatemala, Qatar, Vietnam, Neil Skywalker (Netherlands).

LA has them spread out through all the place, most are along wilshire blvd. The biggest cluster is on Wilshire between Southwestern and New Hampshire.

LA Consulates near the cluster:
Phils, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Peru, Indonesia, Austria

On the eastern end:
Korea, Sri Lanka, and Ethiopia
