Here's one that is just hosed up on so many levels.
The backstory: a dork answers a Craigslist ad asking for a sperm donor to a lesbian couple. Dork complies and enters into a private contract with the parties that he thinks is valid, whereby he relinquishes all parental rights and obligations. Woman is inseminated at home with catheter and syringe (lol!).
Not so fast, says the State of Kansas. According to these Cathedral bureaucrats, because the insemination was not performed by a "licensed physician", the contract is null and void. They made the lesbians disclose the father's identity, and guess what?
Bingo!
Once again, a man is order to pay support. For a kid he thought he had nothing to do with.
Where do I begin on this one?
With the stupidity of the donor, who thought he could donate sperm out of his garage like it's nothing?
With the anti-male establishment, which finds the man at fault no matter what the facts are, and nails him for support payment?
With the gay/lesbian lobby, who claim they want "equality" in theory but in practice are just parasitic mooches? Judge for yourself:

This is bullshit. That contract should be held as valid and honestly the ruling of needing a "licensed physician" to get a woman preggo should be brought to the Supreme Court.

Yeah, it's total fucking bullshit. These people that work for the division of family services in Kansas are fascists, pure and simple. Think about it: they are using the government to intervene in a private contract between 3 people, and substituting their own judgment for the intentions of the parties.

And they are just doing sumersaults and backflips over themselves to find some rationalization for holding the man "responsible." Unbelievable.

So, it's fine for gays and women to be "equal" and "just as good" as us. As long as there's no money involved. But then, of course, when they want to have things go their way, you're still responsible. It's like we just can't win, no matter what we do.

Yep, this is definitely a problem in this culture. The utopian ideas fade away whenever the rubber meets the road.

For example, imagine a female-to-male transsexual. They demand to be treated like a male, that people use the right pronoun etc. etc. But find out, as a guy, what happens if you punch "him" in the face. Find out how quickly the utopian fantasy land fades and people start talking about violence against women again.

...the only thing worse is having to pay for a child that's not yours, which actually happens in this world! specifically the place I live in, i still can't seem to get my head across this. i mean science has come so far as to be able to decipher if your child is actually, well, YOUR CHILD! ....... You are right about this. Notice how nobody in the system assigns any responsibility whatsoever to the women. None. They are presumed conclusively to be totally blameless.

At the very least, this poor guy should have a right to recover back his child support payments from the women as damages for their deception and fraud. But we know that won't happen.

Since when does an agreement between private parties trump public law? I could give you a million examples, but I'll stop at one -- I enter into a sale-leaseback transaction with you so that I can open a brothel on my acre of land. Do you think your local officials would be cool with that?

That beta-herb made the same mistake that you're making now. I'd keep that in mind the next time you decide to set precedent.

Yes, but brothels are forbidden by law, on the basis of being harmful to (morals, people, public health). The government does it to (arguably) prevent harm. However, the government shouldn't barge into a private contract that has not caused any harm to anyone.

Among lesbian couples that decide to get pregnant what percentage do you think are obese? I cant think of a thin lesbian couple with kids that I have seen in real life.

Also no one thinks of the unintended consequences of these lesbain couples having kids. What happens if they seperate/divorce? I knew a guy in college that had 4 moms. His first moms got seperated when he has nine and they each found another female partner. So growing up he spent his time between living with collectively four moms. He definately had some issues but it was obvious had he been raised differently he would have been a much different person.

If the two lesbians "separated" or "divorced", why doesn't one sue the other for support of the child? Why the fuck is the donor getting dragged into it?
Yeah, yeah, the law says this, the law says that. But when does the state government ever intervene to protect the rights of anyone other than women, gays, and freaks? Almost never.
It goes without saying that the loser sperm donor is an idiot. But does he deserve to get stuck with 18 years of support payments when no one contemplated this outcome?

Maybe the laws are different in their state. In NJ you don't have to pay anything unless she specifically files a motion in court asking for support.

If the mother is a ward of the state or in some kind of shelter the State will step in and force her to file for support. They actually represent her in court. Don't ask me how I know

in most all jurisdictions you can't negotiate away the rights to collect or responsibility to pay child support.
