The forum is very critical of Toronto, for reasons I understand. In a way not to feel down about it, I've always said make the best of it, there are always exceptions, work on game so that you are an exception, etc.

I still believe in my points. And as long as I am here I will have to do exactly that.

But somethings are just pathetic. Parts of the culture here just make me want to vomit. This article and video here make me want to do exactly that..

How to eat as much poutine as you want without feeling guilty

Take a look. If you can watch the video for longer than a minute after they start eating you must have a strong stomach.

There has been a TV show on in the US for a few years called Man vs. Food which is pretty much the same thing: a blatant celebration of overeating...Like anyone I enjoy food (too much, probably) but I always found it really disgusting.

On the other hand if the host was a skinny kid and they combined it with lifting heavy in different gyms it could get interesting... "Bulking Across America"...

I really have a hard time believing the majority of women in Toronto fit this stereotype...isn't it supposed to be a very internationally diverse city??

In the US for example, you have this crap but a lot of women still want to look good, especially in LA/Miami. Even in the cold cities, NYC/Chicago, while not on par with LA/Miami, a lot of women care about staying fit.

The US cities that would probably mirror the true PC politics of Toronto closely like Seattle or Minneapolis, in the per capita sense have way more fit women than NYC or Chicago.

I was visiting friends in Toronto and we went to smokes after the bar. Around 3am. The three of us guys bought two poutines and filled ourselves quite well...
Then three girls walk in. Order a whole poutine each. They pound them down in ten minutes fat and are out or the restaurant before we're even done eating.

Why would us Toronto men lie when we lament on our home city? We speak from a place which I believe is the future of all North American cities aside from New York.

You can get direct flights here easy, come up and take a look.

The girl in the video, take a close look at her. If she was dressed up in a nice black dress, heels, and done up she would be very attractive; you can see she has raw shit to work with but she does not try. Mind you Shes stuffing her face but even of this was in LA or NYC the women would dress up before they attention whore, especially if attempting to post online.

But yes Toronto women though diverse and easy on the eyes simply don't try. They have no reason too as money, cock, attention, and assortment of word foodstuffs are at their finger tips.

It's getting bad that within 10secs of speaking to any woman here I can tell of she from here or just recently moved. Her first few words and eye movements tell me if she is a woman or a Toronto droid.

The PCness of Seattle, SF, and Minneapolis is tame compared to here. Liberals from the Bay Area move HERE, yes here even with our winters to live it up in this PC oasis.

Then why is Montreal the opposite, given it's also liberal & PC? What is it about Toronto that breeds this culture significantly more than anywhere else in the western world??

Even in the insufferably PC American cities, there's still a fairly large segment of women who stay fit and dress well. I just don't see how radically different Toronto can be, it may be worth a visit sometime.

Toronto is diverse like a leopard has spots. From my experience each ethnicity keeps very much to themselves in their own part of town. The most shining example I can remember is a kid that transferred to my school said the shop signs in his neighbourhood were all in some chinese language, even letters from school went home in the same language. These parts of town are separate from the over indulgent white people parts of town (aka the beaches haha)

Think in American cities there is more intermixing of people, culture and business. In Toronto you will only find the fit ukranian girl if you speak ukranian, read ukranian and know where the ukranian bars are. You're not going to cross paths with her otherwise except for college or daygame...which is very harsh there.

A late-night poutine is a ritual for anyone going out and getting trashed in Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City or any other major Canadian city for that matter. It's far from uncommon to see hot and thin chicks sharing a small poutine or stealing a few fries from their boyfriend's after a big night at the club. The picture posted above is just another grotesque exaggeration brought to us unsurprisingly by the fine women of "Tronno".

Cheese curds are pretty good, they're somewhat like mozzarella covered in herbs.
I think they'd taste like shit when rolled with french fries and smothered in gravy.

It's just really fresh cheese. It's like mozzarella but not like mozzarella. They don't really melt and just get soft, squeaky and taste good.

It's surprising because you would think Americans would line up for the salty and greasy treat but most think the combo sounds fuked up and many restaurants in the states mess up the concept.

The staples of the fat American are: Salt, grease, carb, and cheese so not sure how it's not crazy big in America yet.

I can get Hot Wheels for backup on this one but cheese curds are easy to find in Wisconsin. The ultra fresh + salty cheese is probably a good take on it. Muenster cheese is close in saltiness, if you then made it have more of a fresh cheese texture...like that italian mozzarella that comes in balls and water.
