Everyone on here knows that a pound of fame is worth more than gold in the game.

What is fame? It's a strange thing where people you don't know feel like they have a connection with you. You are perceived as being above most people in the social ranking. You are making money off of being charismatic.. there's a lot of ways to define it, and I welcome more interpretations in this thread.

Compared to chick crack, this is like chick cocaine or heroin.

There are varying degrees of this- different levels of fame.

There's micro fame where you are known in a small community that the girl is directly involved in. An example of this would be being the coolest guy in school, or maybe you are in a cool band or are a promoter or DJ or jock or whatever. She already knows who you are in a small pond. She's seen you around and maybe you talked to her. This is kind of like social circle fame.

Then there's the fame that has you as slightly bigger than her community.. Now you are in the underground band that is visiting from a different state. You are the club promoter that puts on big events that she hasn't been to yet etc. Maybe she's heard about you or fantasized about you.

And then there's straight up famous- this is the equivalent to being a girl who ranks in the 9 range on the rating scale. At the bottom, you are maybe a small time TV actor or something. At the top, you are Barrack Obama or Leonardo DiCaprio.

Sure, you don't need fame to get the hottest girls, but I'm pretty certain that it will do most of the work for you.

Every guy on here should be pushing to get the hottest girls.

I've started to party promotion in the last year or so, and am also pushing to get my name out there with my music.

I'm striving to play college football in a PAC 12 school. If I can start or build some type of personality (think Tyrann Mathieu, Johnny Manziel, Tim Tebow) that should give me a good pussy supply for a few years atleast.

I just started a fun project that I referenced earlier in the "cool thread"

Its gotten me laid multiple times already. A date and I had a conversation about it for over an hour over drinks a few days ago, she then came back to my apartment. It gets me invited to parties every weekend. It has started to create a mini-fame aura around me even though I have just started it.

Winter is going to be a slow season for it. Next summer is going to epic.

But I didn't do it for pussy. I did for the fun and the challenge of doing it, the pussy is just an added bonus

Hollywood fame is really all about who you know and where you are.

A few obviously get crazy lucky, but most famous stars were discovered when they lived in Los Angeles either as children or young adults. They were in the right place at the right time.

I would rather just get loaded through other means. Start a business, etc etc and use that to leverage access into those circles where you can get connected with those people.

This isn't about making money. Sure, some people are famous for having money, but a lot aren't.

Being in the right place at the right time is a cornerstone of game, regardless of whether you were born into it or not.

There's also a price to fame.

I like being anonymous - or rather, I like the choice of being anonymous when I want to be. Like say... on this forum.

Local fame, social circle stuff - that still gives you flexibility to be anonymous.

But with social networking, it becomes too much of a pain in the ass to be recognized.

I want to be able to meet a girl, bang her, and disappear in a puff of smoke. And that's usually how it goes down.

Fame is powerful shit for attraction. It's basically a combination of massive pre-selection and the illusion of prior intimacy (the girl feels like she knows you, even though you don't know her).

I had some experience with micro-fame when I was in college. It was really unbelievable. I had multiple bangs fall right into my lap with almost zero effort. No game required. Fame is its own game. Fame is the girl recognizing your status is so far above hers that all of her anti-slut defenses evaporate instantly. The hamster just thinks, "Holy shit, EVERYONE knows who this guy is. His status is through the roof. I must fuck him while I have the chance before another girl does." It's not even a rational decision on their part (of course, it never is). They just can't help it.

The funniest thing was that I didn't even have a lot of fame. But that taught me that a little bit of fame goes a long way. And fame is like money in that regard. The first million dollars you make is going to change your life a lot more than making a million a hundred times over. And so it is with fame. You will get more pussy benefit going from zero fame to local/micro-fame than you will from micro-fame to international fame. Plus, establishing micro-fame is going to be much, much easier. And also, as Therapsid pointed out, having massive fame actually carries a ton of drawbacks along with it. Micro-fame has minimal drawbacks compared to the rewards.

tl;dr: Be a big fish in a small pond.

I will second what scorpion said. Going from just another guy (albeit a red-piller guy) to local/mini-fame is amazing. It shoots your value through the roof, gives immediate pre-selection, and sometimes these girls have heard about you before they actually meet you which makes them feel more comfort like they already know you.

And I'm just getting started in a slow season, like I said, this winter should be fun but next summer will be legendary.

Technically I guess it would be in the carpentry biz. I built a mobile party platfrom, but with a unique twist. Enough of a twist to shock the hell out of people when they end up seeing up. One kid last weekend was so excited he ran outside and made a snapchat video (or storyline or whatever the fuck the new thing is).

Definitely no better game than fame game. Fame makes hard NOT to hook up.

It seems like a lot of people are trying to become famous through Twitter and Youtube. I dont have a plan to get famous.
