What is the proper way to check her straight out the gate and fire her ass without making her going all crazy and emotional or looking needy or like it affected me ?

I have trouble doing this.

The Glen Greenwald thread, and now this one has reminded me of my dad.

My dad is a criminal defense attorney.

My mother had some crazy "daddy issues". Her father was an abusive alcoholic throughout a significant portion of her teenage years. This caused her to be on edge emotionally a decent amount of the time. Throughout most of my childhood, she would get into crazy emotional arguments with my dad a couple times a month. My dad, being a lawyer, loved this shit.

As a kid, I remember every single time, my mother was starting up some shit, and my dad would get this smile on his face and look in his eyes like "It's fucking on."

My mother would throw every emotional argument at him and he would stand up straight, head up with this smile on his face the entire time. I didn't know then, but thinking back on it, I realize that he lived for these moments. Outwardly, he would use logic and reason throughout the entire argument. Underneath it all, he would psychologically fuck with her. I am sure this all came from his time in court spent arguing a case, and I am also sure being a lawyer played a major part in why he enjoyed these arguments.

He never lost an argument. He would just stand there making her even more emotional while he never got upset or backed off. These arguments could last up to two hours, and eventually my mother would give up.

Over time she argued less with him.

They have been married 20+ years, and recently she has declared her undying loyalty to the man.

I don't know much about life, but just from watching my dad, I get the feeling that sometimes you gotta "lawyer" a bitch.

Well Fredster I am no expert in this realm, but I will give you some feedback. The way I would "check" a woman who was throwing obvious shit tests at me, talking about other men, would probably go something a little like this...

"Hey I don't appreciate you talking about other guys in front of me, you can save that shit for when you gossip with your girlfriends. I don't go around talking about how hot the girl at the coffee shop was, or comparing you to other women. It's disrespectful, and I won't tolerate any more of it."

If she gets all crazy and emotional, I'd probably tell her, "I don't need to deal with this right now, I'm leaving..."

There is a decent chance, if your chick is anything like my ex, a seriously cold, calculating, cunning, conniving, manipulative bitch, she'll try to flip it around on you, and try to accuse you of "tripping out" and being insecure and petty. If that happens, I would just maintain the strong frame, and assert that she's being disrespectful and you won't tolerate it.

Someone earlier in the thread mentioned that you may want to take in consideration how long you've been with a chick and the nature of your relationship. I've had fuck buddies where we'd be hanging out and commenting on the opposite sex, and I didn't really care or take it as a big deal, because we weren't exclusive and were just "casually" seeing each other.

On the other hand when my ex who I dated for 8 months, who proclaimed her love for me, and constantly try to reaffirm the exclusiveness of our relationship, would do that shit, it was blatant disrespect, and I should have fired her ass for it long before I did.

Women are very good at getting away with "slick" shit, they word it and say it in such a way that it seems innocent enough, but in reality it's meant to be a shit test, and to get under your skin, and into your head.
