Spain judge: driving schools can charge women learners more
A Spanish judge has risked the ire of women everywhere after ruling that a driving school was within its rights to charge female learners more because it was proven that “men were better drivers”.



Judge Javier Albar was asked to decide whether a driving school in Zaragoza was discriminatory for offering male learners a cheaper deal on a course of driving lessons that their female counterparts.
The offer, made in November 2011, advertised a deal where for 665 euros male learners aged between 18-22 could get as many classes as necessary to pass their driving test.
The price for women of the same age, on the other hand, was 850 euros with the argument that on average they needed five lessons more than men to obtain their driving licence."

although men die from car accidents way more than women, women cause a lot more accidents in total. They get distracted a lot easier.

My totally anecdotal opinion formed from riding around in cities on motorcycles and bicycles is that women are more dangerous to others and men are more dangerous to themselves. A dude is going to drive too fast, misjudged a turn, and slam into a tree. A chick is going to be applying makeup, knitting, or yelling at her kids in the back seat and run you over while driving 5 miles under the speed limit because she didn't see you.

Men pay more for insurance world wide because they, on average, drive more. Women get into/cause more accidents per kilometer.

That being said, a lot of guys drive like morons because driving like a race car driver on public roads is their only outlet of male energy. Or they're being stupid.
