I was in Cluj last october it was definitely chilly. I actually bought a coat there. It wasn't bad though.

Cluj also has pretty insane logistics. It's a compact medieval town from the days of the austro-hungarian empire. There are three real good spots, but if you get sick of those, you're shit out of luck. Same goes for a place like Lviv Ukraine, which has a club called Metro that bumps seven nights a week, and there are a few other clubs. but that's it.

In Kiev and Prague you have nightlife options. You can be a king in Kiev due to your status. The language issue will be a problem, but if the girl likes you it won't matter.

I'm literally all over the map.

Listen to this plan: Fly through Mexico city with a layover, climb the pyramids for two days max, then head over to Colombia in an as yet to be determined city.

Stay in close to the same time zone. Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador.

Otherwise, Madrid or a recon on Barcelona.
