Agreed 100%. All the best and friendliest girls I met were off the beaten path. I went to the weirdest spots, but most of them had awesome girls. Since you are from Brazil I'm guessing, you probably know some of these places, Juiz De Fora, Leopoldina (A little too small but still a lot of fun. My friends dad owns the only nightclub in town) and towns around it, Braganca Paulista, Campinas, Vitoria, Guarapari, Villa Velha, Joinsville. Almost all just as good if not better than Rio.
